This notice explains what personal information Himalayan Brothers Hotels (“we”: Buddha House, Quartz, Samdupling, Spiti Villa and Diwan Sachpass) collect through this website and when you book with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Booking enquiries: for hotels booked on WhatsApp, the booking form opens WhatsApp on your device with your dates, room and guest count; the website itself does not store this information. Quartz and Spiti Villa use third-party online booking engines, which have their own privacy policies.
• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so we can reply to you.
• At check-in: a valid photo ID for every guest, as required by government regulations.
• Analytics: if analytics are enabled, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) through Google Tag Manager.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, manage your stay, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to the hotel you stayed with (see our contact page).
