Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation policy

• 25% charged if cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival.
• 50% charged if cancelled 10 days prior to the arrival.
• 75% charged if cancelled 07 days prior to the arrival.
• 100% charged if cancelled between 0 – 7 days to the arrival.
• Credit/Debit card cancellation will be charged 5% extra.

Check-in and check-out policy

• Standard check-in time is 12:30 PM.
• Standard check-out time is 11:30 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability, chargeable, and at the discretion of the hotel.
• However, please feel free to hang around in our common areas during that time.
